What will I receive from Mended Oak?

Your initial delivery will be emailed to you immediately.  It will include a cover page, floor plan, and renderings of a completed structure.  This is so you can verify the plans you've ordered.  

After you send us the address of the physical location of your construction project, we'll prepare your permit-ready plans.  Final delivery will include:

Architectural Plans: These pages give you a complete picture of the home’s layout and construction details, including:

• Project information
• Foundation layout
• Floor plan
• Electrical plan
• Roof plan
• Exterior elevations
• Schedules for cabinets, fixtures, and electrical components
• Construction details including wall sections, roof, window, and door flashing.

Structural Plans: Your structural plans are signed and sealed by a Florida‑licensed structural engineer and include:

• A two‑page engineering coversheet
• Foundation plan with dimensions and details
• Framing plan
• Roof and Ceiling plan
