Refund policy

Refund Policy: After receiving an order, you should receive an email with an attached pdf of portions of the architectural plan for review. Work toward finalizing the engineering for orders begins within two days of sending out the architectural plans. Nevertheless, we maintain a 3-day no-questions-asked refund policy, this means you have 3 days after we email the pdf to review the plans and request that we stop work and issue a refund.  After 3 days, any refund will be reduced based on the hours worked toward completion of the project based on an engineering rate of $125 per hour.  Once the digitally signed copy of engineering has been emailed - usually within five business days of the order - requests for refunds will no longer be considered.

Refund Payments: We will notify you after considering your request for refund and let you know if the refund will be sent in full, in part, or not at all.  Refunds will be made on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved a full or partial refund, please contact us at jessealexanderpe@gmail.com.
