Thanks for your interest in Zach's ADU. and welcome to the online home of Mended Oak Design and Engineering.  All our plans are optimized for low-cost construction. All orders include Architectural Plans with CAD. PE stamped structural plans. will be included if building in Florida.

We call this plans Zach's Ash, which we developed for our friend Zach who could only add an ADU if it was less than 470 square feet. Hope you like it!
