The price for customizing one of our plans is $1.00 per square foot for the area customized.

For a new a single-story custom plan is $1.00 per square foot under roof for a new architectural plan.  Two-story custom plans are $1.75 per square foot for each floor.

The accompanying engineering (Florida Building Code Compliant) plan starts at $0.50 per square foot but may increase depending on options and complexity - only required for customers building in Florida, naturally.
